PRICING OPTIONS

The Emerging Technology Complex offers meeting rooms and training space with customized configurations.Usage times are in blocks: Full Day 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Half Day 8 a.m. - Noon or 1-5 p.m. Usage outside of those half day times should expect to pay for a full day.  Usage occuring after 5 p.m. are outside of business hours and are assessed a flat Extended Day fee. 

Conference

The Victoria College Emerging Technology Complex is available for booking by  organizations as well as individuals. The  type of organization determines  the rates.

STANDARD - Commercial/Private/All Others – This category of client includes all for-profit entities and all private individuals.

NON PROFIT – Non-profit cultural, community and service organizations; must be able to furnish proof of non-profit status as determined by the Internal Revenue Service; includes governmental organizations and public schools.  Local non-profit board meetings are encouraged to use our facility.  Limited space is available up to 2 hours for no fee for these board meetings.

VC PLUS – Non-profit cultural, community and service organizations that have a VC employee serving on the governing board; must be able to furnish proof of non-profit status as determined by the Internal Revenue Service and provide the name of the VC employee.

Usage hours reflect actual hours in which Client has access to reserved space, including set-up and clean up by the Client. The Emerging Technology Complex agrees to complete in-house facilities event set up no later than the starting time of Client’s usage hours. Usage hours granted shall not be extended for the occupancy or use of the Complex premises or for the installation or removal of equipment without the permission of Center management. All such additional usage hours shall incur additional charges of $100 for each portion of a half hour beyond the reservation time.

All rentals include:

  • Meeting room with customized configuration including tables and chairs
  • Technology: WiFi, Dell computer, BluRay/DVD player, laser projector and screen or a 4K monitor
  • Custodial and Security support
  • Event listed on interior and exterior digital signage on day of event

conference toolboxComfort, connectivity, and choice are the hallmark concepts at the Conference & Education Center at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex.  As such, we’ve developed Meeting Packages that provide you with options and pricing to allow you to customize and budget with confidence.  A Meeting Package is designed to provide the best value for our clients need for a worry-free, productive experience. It includes the facility, food and beverage, technology, and our quality conference services in one price.

SELECT PACKAGE

The select package includes the space and service for a productive meeting including a basic rental with the addition of water and coffee and some choices of meeting tools.

PREMIER PACKAGE

The premier package is designed to accommodate a strategic planning, seminar, board retreat, or training.  It includes the select package with additional food and beverage options, such as refreshments, breakfast and lunch, and event services staff.  Packaged for a Half Day or Full Day, pricing begins at an inclusive $45/person.

EXECUTIVE PACKAGE

The executive package allows you to customize to suit your participant needs.  It enhances the premier package with conference and food & beverage enhancements. Packaged for a Half Day or Full Day, pricing begins at an inclusive $53/person.

POWER LUNCH

The power lunch includes the space and services for busy professionals who need to meet and collaborate while maximizing their time and energy.  Between the hours of 10:30 - 1:30, lunch meetings include the space and technology, as well as comfortable seating with a boxed lunch option ($20/person) or a buffet lunch option ($27/person).
